Lake City – Donald Johnson, 86, died Thursday, October 1, 2015 at Shady Oaks Care Center in Lake City. Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Tuesday, October 6, 2015 at Pilgrim Lutheran Church in Lake City with Rev. Paul Ferderer officiating. Burial will be at a later date. Visitation will be from 4 to 7 p.m. Monday at Lampe Funeral Home in Lake City.
