Titan girls second, boys third at TLC meet

Tanner Schrad won individual gold for the South Central Calhoun Titans varsity cross country team at the 2014 Twin Lakes Conference meet held Saturday, Oct. 18, at Pocahontas Golf Club in Pocahontas. Schrad’s effort was one of many highlights for the SCC school district at the 2014 TLC conference championships.

In the middle school races, two Titan runners raced to TLC individual crowns as well as Spencer Moon won gold in the middle school boys race while Amaliya McCaulley won the MS girls individual championship.

And in the varsity girls race, Sydney Batz placed fourth for SCC while teammates Mady Dick and Megan Hardy were fifth and ninth respectfully at the conference meet.
