Lu Ann Smith, age 81, of Sac City, IA, passed away on Sunday, September 10, 2017, at her home in Sac City, IA. Memorial service for Lu Ann was held at 11:00 a.m., Friday, September 15, 2017, at the First Christian Church in Sac City with Reverend Sharla Hulsey officiating. Burial took place prior to the service at 9:30 a.m., at the Lake City Cemetery, Lake City, IA, under the direction of the Farber & Otteman Funeral Home. Visitation was from 4:00-7:00 p.m., Thursday, September 14th at the Farber & Otteman Funeral Home in Sac City.
