LETTER TO THE EDITOR: Central School Preservation gives props for making “Touch A Truck” a success

An African proverb said, “If you want to go fast, go alone. If you want to go far, go together.”

We’re going far at Central School Preservation (CSP), thanks to the CSP board members and volunteers who helped make our Touch a Truck event on Aug. 17 such a hit.

Earlier this summer, I reached out to Eric Wood at the City of Lake City, explained my idea of having big trucks and other cool vehicles on display for kids to explore, and he didn’t hesitate to say yes.
